I offer counseling for couples and individuals who are looking for support in navigating life. You may be going through a life transition, a challenging season in your relationship, or in need of a safe space. Providing you with a safe space to relax
All your in-person appointments will take place in my private office with all the cozy vibes. My goal is to invite you in to a space where you can show up as you are.
In-person and remote options
My office is conveniently located in Jacksonville, Florida near St. Johns Town Center. I also offer tele-therapy for individuals on Thursdays. Couples are encouraged to select in-person appointments.
